We had been counting the days until we were to attend the Truly Bound 2 conference, the anticipated weekend finally arrived. Hosted in that former cow town at the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri rivers, Truly Bound 2 featured Lew Rubens, Mark Yu, and Graydancer.
The event was hosted by Kinbaku KC at Master Richards Place, an out of the way photography studio turned kinky conference space, situated downtown.
We went through the registration process, welcomed by our hosts and began mingling with the attendees. Excited, yet comfortable, to be amongst like minded people with a purpose, we quickly made some new friends as well as caught up with friends we hadnt seen in a while.
The highlight of the evening, was Lew Rubens who did a very quick intro to rope bondage suspension which he showed us a couple of his methods for safer suspension. His super hot demo bottom was the sexy GG, whose sensuous body, covered in rope, really electrified the session.
The next day included a incredibly mind blowing presentation by Mark Yu, that introduced the concepts of “Qi, Breath, and Gravity” to rope bondage. Mark Yu’s ties allowed the rope to move around the limb of the body, which was then used to manipulate the bottoms physical, and then mental sensations. His use of the bodies pressure points are a masochists wet dream. The demo bottom would instantly react to the slightest touch by Mr Yu, the entire demo was fascinating and a subject about which I am going to educate myself.
Graydancer presented his Tie’em Up and Fuck ‘em Class, which you can also check out at the Kink Academy. Seeing Gray utilize that black snake of a rope around the lovely Naiia caused the crowd to whoop and holler with delight ! If you have never seen Gray do this class do it now !
Also at the conference we got to see Lew Rubens in action, when he showed us his methods for bondage whether it be suspension, floor, or predicaments. Lew is a damned entertaining presenter whose wealth of knowledge everyone should hear once in their kinky life. Lew was a generous kind individual who is a walking example of how fun BDSM can be.
That evening Lew did a very sweet tie that highlighted Georgia’s sexy heels she was wearing that night. His method is nature itself, simple yet amazingly complex. Here is a couple of pics of the hands on demo he showed us !
The play party that evening was quite entertaining with lots of rope play happening, there was a sweet looking inverted suspension, a dual suspension that was especially fun looking, as well as some flogging play happening downstairs. Lew did an incredible scene with GG, fastened with her gag, her hands were bound behind her showed us how beautiful it is to see raw pleasure being displayed.
The next day Graydancer gave us his military bondage demo, with his theatrics made for a fun sexy presentation. He showed how to create the setting for a fun safe military style play scene. Seeing his “stormtroopers” capture his victim was impressive, and it provided many people with some new ideas to put to use when they got back home. Which is what Georgia and I have done.
The two days after coming home from the event we endeavored to make use of the skills we acquired, and with the liberal use of rope tightening our connection each other.
